Over the years, we've diversified our platform adding a robust online presence and our members-only club that gives you direct access to significant discounts to beautifully crafted and trendy fashion and much more. Shopping should be a fun experience not matter what your budget may be.
The I.O. Domani direct membership gives access to all things I.O. Domani including clothing, services, and special events at member based discount prices. It's a members only experience for online and instore. There are 2 types of memberships - quarterly and yearly. The quarterly member is $120 USD per quarter, and the yearly membership is $420 USD per 12 months. Both plans come with amazing perks so any membership will work for any budget.
The memebership is open to international customers, however, select inventory and shipping may only be available to residents in the continental United States and Baja California Sur. We currently do not offer all products, free shipping, exchanges to members in international locations, but we hope to do so in the near future.
We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand! To do so, you will need to contact us at Info@iodomani.com and submit an email requesting to cancel your membership. We will process your cancellation request immediately. Note that you will still have access to your membership account and benefits until the end of your current membership period.
Check your inbox (and spam folder if you don’t immediately something from us) – you will receive a confirmation email that your membership is canceled. If you did not receive this, please reach out to us to ensure your subscription is canceled If you have a quarterly membership, please note that this membership isn't eligible for refund after a purchase has been made. If you have a yearly membership you may be eligible for a refund based on purchases and the remaining amount left for your yearly membership. Once your refund, if any, has been returned you will lose access to your memberhsip immediately.
You may cancel a membership at any time.
If you have not yet placed any orders* for products or services using your quarterly membership, you may cancel within 25 days of becoming a member. In this event, you will be refunded the full membership fee and your plan will be terminated. Otherwise, we offer cancellations only after the billing period has ended. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for quarterly membership.
* If you placed an order but exchanged the order in its entirety, this does NOT qualify for a refund (as a purchase was made).
If you have not yet placed any orders for product using your yearly membership, you may cancel at any time. In this event, you will be refunded the full membership fee and your plan will be terminated.
If you have placed one or more orders for product using your yearly membership, we will deduct your cost savings (which is calculated as the Retail Price, i.e. non-member price, of the Products you ordered, minus the Members Price you paid for them, in addition to any shipping from the price of the membership. If your savings are greater than the cost of the membership, you will not receive a refund on your membership. If your savings are less than the cost of the membership, you will be eligible for the refund stated above.
You may exchange your item for another item within the 5 days after the original purchase date. The best thing to do is to order the item you want. Once that is completed and if within the 5 day exchange window, initiate your exchange process. You can login into your account to request the exchange or send us an email so we can assist you. We will refund the shipping amount if their is a difference in the shipping cost. If you do not find an exchange item promptly in the 5 days, we will provide you with store credit as a courtesy for our members.
Discounts are the same for all and is based on the plan that you pick. It applies for in-store purchases and online purchases. Its straight forward and simple.
Absolutely. If you are member and you have a store credit that was provided prior your subscription, you are able to use it.
Yes! We’ll let you know when you’re within 31 days of your renewal date - your membership will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. If you’d like to cancel, please let our Customer Services team know 72 hours prior to your renewal date at email@example.com
Our mission is to provide the best prices possible no matter your budget. We want to give our members the best expereince, value, and products. It's a social shopping club that connects you with the best of Los Cabos. Members get access to the online and instore products, services, events, and lifestyle partners services at discounted rates. In addition, our lifestyle partners are vetted and guartantee all of there services. Yet, we are still accessible to the public (those without a membership) but they will not be able to recieve the member pricing. Members access to the boutique will give them priority to shop first and exclusively with other members. We are focused 100% on our members.
Yes, anyone can still shop with us, but only members get the preferred discounts. It's like having a backstage pass & and personal shopper to exclusivity before anyone else.
No. There is currently no free trial available for the membership. If you are unsure or would like to try out the product first, we recommend signing up for the yearly membership, as the cancellation policy allows for a full or partial refund depending on your purchase history.
